1. Introduction & Scope of Services
Welcome to Home care services for elderly. We provide compassionate home care services for elderly individuals in Andhra pradesh & Telangana By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Our mission is to provide high-quality, non-medical support that allows seniors to age with dignity in their own homes.
2. Service Agreement & Custom Care Plans
To provide the best senior care in Andhra pradesh & Telangana, we conduct an initial assessment for every client.
- Care Plan: A customized plan will be developed, outlining specific duties (e.g., companionship, meal prep, mobility assistance).
- Modifications: We understand that health needs change. Care plans are reviewed every 30/60/90 days or upon request.
3. Client & Caregiver Safety
Safety is our top priority.
- Environment: The client’s home must provide a safe working environment for our caregivers.
- Non-Medical Scope: Our caregivers are trained for support services. Unless specifically licensed, they do not perform medical procedures (injections, sterile wound care, etc.).
4. Billing, Fees, and Payments
Transparency is key to a trusting relationship.
- Rates: Hourly and daily rates for elderly home help are provided during the consultation.
- Invoicing: Bills are sent Weekly/Bi-weekly.
- Late Fees: A small fee of 1% may apply to payments overdue by more than 35 days.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We value our caregivers’ time and your schedule.
- Notice Period: We require at least 24/48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
- Short-Notice Fees: Cancellations made with less than the required notice may be subject to a “minimum shift” charge.
6. Privacy & Data Protection (HIPAA/GDPR Compliant)
We take the privacy of our seniors seriously. Any personal or health information shared with Home care services for the elderly is stored securely and only shared with authorized staff involved in the care process.

7. Limitation of Liability
